All of a sudden, there's drama --- and conflict.
For Donna Shea , it's a familiar scene.
"You got the blanket in his face?," she asks one of the campers.
"I wasn't going to hurt him," he explains. "I was just trying to annoy him."
Shea is the founder and director of the Peter Pan Center for Social and Emotional Growth.
Her campers know she's there to help.
"Just like you get your child a math tutor for math skills, I'm a social tutor for the people skills," she said.
Shea has been running programs for more than 20 years.
