At least one person is dead after a shooting in Miramar on Wednesday, police said.

The incident happened outside of a business near Miramar and Carroll roads, according to the San Diego Police Department.

Details that led up to the shooting were not immediately known. It's also unclear if authorities are looking for a suspect.
