ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
The Gateway Center is expanding its services to offer 100 new beds through the approval of two operating contracts.
The Gateway System of Care will now provide additional housing for 50 men and 50 women. The housing will be run through the 90-day program to provide supportive services, case management and substance use treatment.
The total number of housing at the Gateway Center is at 192 beds.
Chicanos Por La Causa will operate the women's Housing and Treatment Navigation Center, the name for the three-month rehabilitation program. Community Bridges will operate the men's and has similar facilities in Arizona.
