The world's most tattooed man has recounted the "excruciating" procedure he had to undergo to remove all of his ink. Leandro de Souza, 36, was once labelled as Brazil's "most tattooed" man and had struggled with a drug and alcohol addiction since his teenage years as a result of his troubled upbringing in Sao Paulo. ‌
