Out-the-door temperatures are ranging between 55-60° and should hold there through the morning rush hour. The rainfall total in downtown overnight reached a 1/2", much needed and welcomed.

This afternoon, expect bright sunshine to build in, with west winds at 5-10 mph. Highs this afternoon will reach the lower 70s, marking another day below the seasonal average high of 82°, along with a quiet evening ahead.
