ST. CHARLES CO., Mo. (First Alert 4) - Jordan Throgmorten said normally quiet Park Charles Boulevard was filled with law enforcement surrounding a house Tuesday morning.

“All I could see was police and FBI jackets,” he said. “Had the road completely blocked off.”

Photos show several people in the yard of the house with their hands behind their backs.

Several vehicles with out-of-state plates were parked outside the home Wednesday.

No one answered the door when First Alert 4 showed up.

Two neighbors who wished to remain anonymous told First Alert 4 the amount of people entering and leaving the house concerned them.

“We just saw a lot of people coming and going at different times,” one person said.

Another person said the raid was immigration-related.
