WARRENTON, Mo. (First Alert 4) - There’s a flurry of new home construction in the Warrenton area at three new McBride Home subdivisions.

Savannah Oswald and her husband are first time homebuyers who moved there from O’Fallon, Missouri several months ago.

“I definitely feel a strong sense of community in our subdivision and in Warrenton,” she said.

McBride Homes is currently building homes in the Elkhorn Ridge Manors, Elkhorn Ridge Commons and Boone Ridge subdivisions near Warrenton, with a combined 150 home sites. The company recently began work on the first of two new subdivisions in the Gray Summit area of Franklin County.

Jake Eilermann is the company’s C.E.O. He told First Alert 4 that McBride Homes sees a lot of opportunity in the outer counties of the St. Louis metro.
