SIOUX CITY (KTIV) -

TODAYS OUTLOOK:

Patchy fog and smoke will impact your morning, as visibility will be down, especially in the low-lying and river valleys of Siouxland.

Ground smoke will continue to impact your day, which will also cause air quality concerns throughout the day.

Besides the smoke, it will be somewhat of a mostly sunny day with highs warmer than Wednesday.

Daytime highs will be in the mid-to-low 70s with some breezy winds from the southwest at 15 to 25 miles per hour.

A cold front will arrive this afternoon and evening, which could bring in a few thunderstorms for our counties north of HWY 20.

This front will also push the smoke out of the area.
