STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- This weekend, Staten Island audiences can catch a night of live jazz while supporting a local nonprofit dedicated to community development.

On Saturday, Sept 6., saxophonist and flautist Justin Wood will present “The Jazz Set” at the Build a Dream Incubator on Staten Island to benefit the Staten Island Urban Center (SIUC) . The concert runs from 6 to 8 p.m. and will feature Wood alongside a quartet of accomplished musicians from New York City and the North Shore area performing a set of original compositions.
