Production on the Street Fighter film adaptation is moving along smoothly, after a change of directors early in the film's development. While filmmaking duo Danny and Michael Philippou, who are best known for Talk to Me and this year's horror hit Bring Her Back, were initially attached to the project, they dropped out to focus on their original horror films. Kitao Sakurai, known for directing the Netflix film Bad Trip, would subsequently sign on to direct the project. Casting news has slowly poured in after that, with an ensemble of talent being recruited to join the video game adaptation. Now, with production of the movie already underway, a new behind-the-scenes photo was shared on social media to help generate hype for the film.
