Glen Ellyn police said they first received calls on Saturday, July 5 at about 5 p.m. of a growing crowd of teens and young adults at the Glen Ellyn's Sunset Pool.
Video of the scene shows a staffer who fell into the pool while trying to talk with some of the visitors as there were complaints about drinking, smoking and unauthorized entrances.
ABC7 blurred the video because it is unknown if anyone seen was criminally charged.
Nearly two months later, police arrested Alyah R. Collins and charged him with battery.
Collins is accused of pushing a Park District manager into the pool.
