New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs is making it very clear he's putting the team first.

After reports came up during Patriots training camp about Diggs' behavior, the four-time Pro Bowl receiver spoke directly about the issue on Wednesday.

"I had some interviews throughout camp and some of my words were misconstrued," Diggs stated in a press conference, according to ABC6's to Ian Steele . "Me talking to another individual ... was taken out of context. I was referred to as a pain in the *** ... I don't want to come across as that."

This comes after Diggs didn't talk to reporters all throughout training camp and only did one interview on a podcast, per NBC Sports Boston .

Give Diggs a lot of credit, though. He addressed the elephant in the room, apologized and moved on.
