ELSA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Elsa Police have arrested two men in connection with burglaries that occurred Sunday at three businesses.

Police said they responded Tuesday to the 900 block of Extrumberto Solis St. at the Koko Loco drive-thru after someone recognized the men from the department's previous social media post.

Police made contact with 17-year-old Juan Salazar and 21-year-old Jose Rios. Both were detained and later formally charged with multiple criminal offenses and arraigned on Wednesday.

Juan Salazar was charged with: • Burglary of a Building (x3) – State Jail Felony – Bond: $20,000 each • Criminal Mischief ≥ $750 < $2,500 – Class A Misdemeanor – Bond: $2,000 • Theft of Property ≥ $750 < $2,500 – Class A Misdemeanor – Bond: $2,000 • Theft of Property ≥ $2,500 < $30
