BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A second suspect is now facing murder charges in connection with a shooting that left a teen dead inside a car back in April.

Jeremieah Davis, 19, was arrested for second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon.

He now joins Keithan Lee, 19, who is facing the same charges.

The shooting happened on April 26 in the area of N. 38th Street and Choctaw Drive.

Police say a Dodge vehicle was discovered with multiple bullet holes. The victim, identified as Jonathan Triplett, 18, was found dead in the driver’s seat.
