A Vineland man charged with the fatal stabbing of his grandfather last week is to appear Sept. 24 in a Pennsylvania Common Pleas Court for a hearing to decide on his return to New Jersey.

Shawn A. Moir, 26, is accused of killing Albert “Brian” Moir in their home on the night of Aug. 26. The younger Moir then fled the scene in a Chevrolet Tahoe.
