The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit has announced a new partnership with GetaKit, an online service that delivers free and discreet at-home, self-testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.

It’s all part of efforts to reduce the stigma around STI testing and will promote early detection and treatment.

GetaKit is available to residents aged 17 and older.

Residents of Simcoe Muskoka can access the service at www.getakit.ca.
