BRASHER, New York (WWNY) - It’s been more than 2 weeks since Jasmine Tepaz Velasquez has seen her husband, Brayan Francisco.
“We have one child in common, but I have 3 others, and he treated all of them like his own,” said Tepaz Velasquez.
The last time the Brasher couple saw each other was along US Route 11 in the Town of Gouverneur. On their way back from Syracuse, Tepaz Velasquez says she was pulled over for tailgating the vehicle in front of her.
She says her husband was in the backseat with their newborn, Emma. During the traffic stop, more law enforcement arrived, including an unmarked car.
