WOBURN, Mass. —
An investigation is underway in Woburn, Massachusetts, after someone used an explosive device to vandalize an ATM located in a parking lot.
Woburn Police Chief Brian McManus confirmed that a device, possibly a pipe bomb, went off at about 4 a.m. Thursday, damaging the ATM. Latest Forecast

"Further investigation revealed that during the early morning hours, a lone male placed an object on the ATM and quickly exited the bank. Moments later, the device detonated causing an explosion to occur," Woburn police said.
From Sky 5, several law enforcement agencies could be seen at the freestanding Eastern Bank ATM on Mishawum Road. The ATM was visibly damaged, with sections of the facade ripped away from the kiosk's structure
