A bankruptcy attorney named Mark Zuckerberg is suing Meta, the parent company of Facebook, for negligence and breach of contract. Zuckerberg, who shares a name with the Facebook co-founder, claims that Facebook repeatedly shut down his pages, accusing him of impersonating a celebrity.

Zuckerberg argues that both his personal and business pages were disabled, even after he paid Meta for advertising services.

A spokesperson for Meta stated that they have since reinstated his account.
