The borough of , aka the Beverly Hills of , where superstars like Britney Spears, Chris Rock, and Stevie Wonder once lived, just gained a swanky European-style listing, courtesy of Avraham Tahari, one of fashion designer Elie Tahari’s brothers and a co-founder the namesake womenswear brand that launched back in 1974.

Avraham and his wife, Susan Tahari, commissioned local architect to design the gargantuan 21,000-square-foot mansion. It was completed by 2017, over a decade after the couple acquired the two-acre estate for $4.25 million, records show. Tahari is now asking $24.75 million for , with Attilio Adamo, Victoria Adamo, and Greg Vladi of Serhant holding the one-of-a-kind listing.
