KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - After a shooting outside an apartment left five people hurt, residents say something has to give.
The Kansas City Police Department said that around 8:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3, emergency crews were called to the area of Harrison and E. Armour Blvd. with reports of a shooting . Four men and one woman were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
As of Thursday, one man remains in critical condition.
KCTV5 spoke to one of the victims off-camera.

The man said a group of people were talking outside the apartments when someone started shooting. He recalls hitting the ground, and as he got up, he was shot twice in the back of his legs.
