KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Police are searching for a Kansas City woman after a child in her care is believed to have ingested narcotics multiple times.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, Sept. 2, indicate that Cerria L. McCoy, 36, of Kansas City, has been charged with felony child endangerment.

A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that on Jan. 2, law enforcement officials were called to an area home with reports of a medical incident.
