Minutes after cutting the ribbon Thursday morning, people were walking, running and cycling on a new section of trail in the area, the first step in an effort to connect the Frisco and Ruby Jack trails.
Located near the Webb City Wastewater Treatment Plant, the 0.8-mile section of trail has been anticipated for some time. ×
