The sun is setting earlier, pumpkin spice is showing up on more menus, and before you know it "sweatah weathah" will start invading closets across New England. You know what that means. It's time to talk about our famous fall foliage.

We could all hope to go out as spectacularly as trees do each autumn. Groves of reds, oranges, and yellows will soon be speckled across the landscape. While we often refer to "peak" foliage season, it normally comes in waves as different trees and regions take their turn, over the course of September, October, and November.
