SANDOVAL COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – Two months after opening its new 911 dispatch center, Sandoval County is still facing technical issues that have prevented the facility from becoming fully operational — forcing Rio Rancho’s dispatchers to handle emergency calls the center was supposed to take. “There’s no hiding. We have some hiccups. We’re working through them,” said Deputy County Manager Eric Masterson during a Governance Board Meeting in August.
