ALAMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Four people were hospitalized after a crash in Kalamazoo County, deputies say.

It happened around 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Ravine Road and W B Avenue in Alamo Township, according to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office. A Dodge Stratus driven by a 17-year-old woman was headed east on W B Avenue when it went into the intersection and was hit by a northbound Ford F250 pickup truck driven by a 68-year-old man, deputies said.

A 25-year-old passenger in the Dodge was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition, deputies say. The two drivers and a 68-year-old passenger in the pickup were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The sheriff's office is investigating the crash.
