STOW, Ohio – Entrepreneurship has always been in Megan Oyster’s blood.

Growing up, the Stow resident was fascinated by her dad’s work as a paper salesman.

“My dad was a paper salesman for Millcraft Paper, and I was intrigued by what he was doing. I even went to work for Millcraft for a few years and sold paper in one of their stores. I loved that environment and the way that felt, and I think that really led me to wonder if I wouldn’t be good as an entrepreneur and opening my own company.”

After working as a teacher and office manager for most of her career, she decided to return to her entrepreneurial roots and open a Big Frog Custom T-shirts store in Stow .

During her work at Millcraft, she attended a convention and was fascinated by seeing how a direct-to-garment printing machine
