CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The NFL will meet with Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins this week about his domestic battery charge, which was dropped, a league source confirmed for cleveland.com.

Cleveland.com reported Saturday that the NFL was still reviewing Judkins’ case under its Personal Conduct Policy, and the timing of the meeting was first reported by Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

Judkins, who was arrested on July 12 for an incident with his girlfrield that took place on July 7, signed his four-year contract with the Browns on Saturday. It’s a fully-guaranteed deal worth about $11.4 million, including a signing bonus of close to $5 million. Because he signed by 4 p.m. Saturday, he got paid for the first game.
