A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Friday at 4:26 a.m. for dense fog until 8:30 a.m. for Oneida, Cayuga, Onondaga, Madison, Otsego, Delaware and Sullivan counties.

"Patchy dense fog has developed this morning, which is reducing visibility to one half mile or less in some spots. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave extra distance ahead of you," states the weather service.
