Believe it or not, we’re on the fourth week of high school football here in Augusta. After tonight, a third of the season will be completed. Conversely, there’s a whole lot of good football left to be played, and tonight is no exception.

Here are five games to watch in Week 4 of the 2025 season:

Academy of Richmond County (0-2) at Westside (2-0)

When: Friday, Sept. 5, 7:30 p.m.

Where: Westside High School; 1002 Patriots Way, Augusta, GA 30907

When last seen back in Week 2, Westside defeated Glenn Hills in a 74-0 thrashing on the road. While seeing a repeat of that type of offensive production is probably unlikely, the Patriots have proven that they can score with anybody in the region.
