CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) -It's National Cheese Pizza Day, which celebrates those who say “Hold the toppings!”

The National Day Calendar states that adding different varieties of cheese to your pie can elevate pizza to the next level. Smokey gouda or a little gorgonzola might mix it up, and if you like a little cheddar, put a little mild or sharp shredded across the top.
