Hampton Roads contractor accused of taking money and leaving jobs unfinished

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Phil Casone has run Casone Enterprises in Hampton Roads for nearly a decade.

He is a general contractor who renovates homes and businesses.

However, over the last few years Casone has found himself in personal and legal hot water.

10 On Your Side uncovered court documents that show 11 judgments against him totaling more than $125,000.
