Orlando Bloom is speaking out for the first time following ending his relationship with longtime love Katy Perry .

Back in July, reps for the 48-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean actor and the 40-year-old “Dark Horse” singer confirmed that the pair had broken up and ended their engagement after almost a decade together. Their reps shared that Orlando and Katy ‘s main focus now is co-parenting 5-year-old daughter Daisy .

While promoting his new movie The Cut in an interview with Today ‘s Craig Melvin on Friday (September 5), Orlando shared his first public comments about the split.
