The decision to approve Easton Commerce Park , a one-million-square-foot warehouse proposed along Wood Avenue, is pending on Easton’s front.
Going forward, Easton Planning Commission procedures regarding the project discussions will look different.
The Easton Planning Commission held a nearly five-hour meeting Wednesday evening, which included proceedings on the proposed warehouse that would span Wilson Borough and Easton. Scannell Properties, the developer behind the project, still needs approval from Easton to proceed.
The hearing began on Wednesday but will continue on Oct. 15, with the possibility of a further continuation into November before any final vote is taken. Before then, on Sept. 18, developers will go before the Zoning Hearing Board to request construction within a des
