In his recent commentary, FOX45 reporter Chris Papst is more than correct regarding the education failures that destroy the futures of Baltimore children, failures that along with broken families cannot be fixed unless major efforts are made to change those families by infusing fathers in them going forward. As Papst puts it clearly and devastatingly in his new book, the education deficits deprive taxpayers and students of a future ( “Baltimore has an even bigger problem than crime,” Sept. 3).
