Driving through the picturesque hills of West Austin, you might just feel a familiar European charm. That's exactly what Stan Adams envisioned when he opened Siena Ristorante Toscana a quarter century ago.
"We've had other restaurants before," Adams said. "And some may remember the Brick Oven restaurants. Bu
