LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The high school football season kicked off here in Southwest Louisiana with six games Thursday night.

Week 1 continues tonight with 13 games, including our Touchdown Live Game of the Week: Iowa at Jennings .

Jennings and Iowa are old rivals, having played in the same district for decades, although enrollment has now moved the Bulldogs up to Class 4A.
