GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - According to public court records, two brothers who were arrested in connection with a deadly shooting and a series of “extremely disturbing” attacks on homeless people have reached a plea deal.
Seth Norris and Joshua Norris were both charged with murder in connection with the 2022 homicide of 31-year-old Joshua Matthew Garrett in the Poe Mill community.
While the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office was investigating the Norris brothers, they uncovered multiple videos of brutal attacks on homeless members of the community. The disturbing incidents had been planned and filmed in the San Souci area between October 2021 and June 2022.
