HELENA — Two seasons ago, nothing went right for Carroll College volleyball.

Moe Boyle’s starting setter tore her Achilles, the back-up setter broke her elbow. All-American Elizabeth Heuiser was diagnosed with a crippling form of arthritis and missed the entire season.

The Saints suffered an 18-match losing streak, failed to win a Frontier Conference contest, and experienced a low point rarely felt during Boyle’s 20-plus year Carroll tenure dotted with over 300 career victories.

For all that slid sideways that season, 2025 seems destined for success.
