ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A DeKalb County man has been indicted on dozens of charges related to the alleged abuse and eventual murder of his estranged wife and 6-year-old niece in June.

William Almond’s charges include, but are not limited to, murder, aggravated assault, cruelty to children, damage to property and sexual battery, according to the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office.

Almond is accused of attacking his wife, 29-year-old Tomekia Pullins, several times. DeKalb County police were called to her unit at The Forest at Columbia Apartments for incidents involving Almond three times in 2025 before her death, the district attorney’s office said.
