The neighbours of Glasgow woman Michele Bourda have paid tribute following the heartbreaking news of her death.
A major search operation was underway following the disappearance of Michele who 'vanished' from her sunbed on Ofrynio beach while her husband Chris was asleep. When he woke up, the mum-of-one was nowhere to be found.
The couple, from Glasgow, were in the Greek city of Kavala on a two-week holiday before Michele was last seen on August 1, after they had been for a swim.
The pair had took a nap on some sun loungers when they got out of the water, and Michele's belongings were still on the beach when Chris woke up.
Tragically, Chris revealed on Thursday, September 4, that police officers had finally located his wife's body on a small, privately owned island called Fidonis
