The FBI's Chicago office made the announcement of Stover's arrest in a post on X, saying the FBI and task force officers detained the suspect in a Chicago suburb.
"The FBI has zero tolerance for anyone who makes the criminal decision to compromise the safety of those who serve and protect our communities," the post reads, in part.
