ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany County District Attorney's Office (ACDA) announced on Friday that further charges have been filed against two men accused of being involved in the death of Tyrone Staley. A new suspect has also been arraigned in connection to the 2023 Albany murder, according to the ACDA.

Samir Princeton, 21, of Albany, and Dejoune Smith, 20, of Troy, were arraigned before Judge William Little on Friday on the charge of first-degree conspiracy. The superseding indictment follows their original charges of second-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree conspiracy.
