A major cocaine operation that plagued 5th and Cornwall in Philadelphia has been broken up after a yearlong investigation.

The city announced charges for 21 people on Friday.

"This criminal enterprise is responsible for supplying the Philadelphia region with cocaine, crack cocaine as well as marijuana," Attorney General Dave Sunday said.

Authorities are still looking for the ringleader and four others but say they have 16 people in custody. All arrests were made on Thursday as well as the confiscation of 19 guns, 12 kilos of cocaine, 50 pounds of marijuana and $275,000 cash.

Police say the group operated primarily out of 5th and Cornwall.
