BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A Long Beach man accused of raping a woman at a massage parlor in downtown Bakersfield was identified through surveillance video and by the victim, who viewed him after his arrest at the Outlets at Tejon, a court filing says.

Javier Pizarro Quintero, 38, allegedly raped a woman in a back room of the massage parlor on the afternoon of Aug. 29 then stole her purse, phone and the keys to her vehicle.

Quintero was found near the vehicle about two hours later in the parking lot of the outlets, according to a probable cause declaration. He was arrested and brought back to Bakersfield, where the woman identified him as her attacker.
