SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - One man in Sioux Falls says he had lost everything, including struggling to live and finding a purpose.
After an accident brought him to Sanford and Good Samaritan, his outlook on life changed overtime.
Jerry Donner loves making crosses, but before he found his passion, he had struggled most of his life, including being homeless and having his ID and Social Security stolen.
He had a serious accident and went to Sanford before being transferred to Good Samaritan.
He’s been here since May.
“When I got here, I didn’t want to live to the next day. I went to sleep and I wish I didn’t wake up,” said Donner.
However, Good Samaritan changed his outlook on life, and he started opening up and bringing faith.
