A double murder probe has been closed, police have confirmed. Father and son, who are both named Peter Cooke, sadly died at a property on Eaglesfield Road, in the Rift House area of Hartlepool , on the evening of March 15, last year.

Cleveland Police were called to the scene at around 11.40pm where sadly the bodies of the pair were found. The force named the 36-year-old and 68-year-old as alleged victims of a double murder investigation and confirmed a 39-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder.
