District talks student safety after coach arrest

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) - We’ve been telling you about the arrest of Portsmouth City School District coach and substitute Damion Coleman Jr.

According to court documents, he’s charged after allegedly being involved in an inappropriate relationship with an underage female who was a student within the district.
