CLOVIS, N.M. (KFDA) - Clovis police arrested a suspect Friday on several charges related to a shooting involving two teens in August .

Police say around 11:46 p.m., a caller reported hearing 11 to 16 gunshots and that a gray car drove north on Norris Street from Mabry Drive.

Officers were sent to the area and found 30 bullet casings from separate calibers in the roadway.

Around 11:52 p.m., Plains Regional Medical Center contacted dispatch about victims who appeared to have gunshot-related injuries.

Detectives learned that a 15-year-old boy was wounded in the shooting. The 16-year-old driver was not injured.

The teens arrived in a gray car with signs of bullet damage.
