Aussie model Jesinta Franklin has revealed the exciting next steps for her family.

Franklin is married to retired AFL Player Lance Franklin.

Not only are the pair expecting their third child this year , but they've also bought their "dream" plot of land, the model said in an Instagram post.

The post featured an image of Jesinta holding her baby belly on a beach, with the caption explaining the couple will take the next big step in their marriage. 

"A year full of surprises and big changes for our little family," the caption reads.
